MORE ABOUT ME

Driven. Entrepreneurial. Empathic. Real.

These are words often used to describe me.

I'm an award-winning creative leader with 19 years of experience creating digital solutions for some of the world's most well-known brands. My career spans various industries and organizational levels, culminating in direct collaborations with executive leaders at major Fortune 500 corporations.

By combining human-centered design and storytelling with a dash of change management, I strive to infuse empathy into C-suite decision-making, rally clients and teams around a unified vision, and lead teams to bring the vision to life.

I'm fascinated with human psychology, naturally curious, and compelled to shape and build things like digital experiences, workshops, presentations, and high-performance teams.

Outside of work, you can find me producing music in my home studio, spending time with family, and learning new boxing combinations.

Success isn't just about skills and experience—it's about soul and style.

My leadership style leans towards the democratic side, emphasizing collaboration and input from others. My “superpower” lies somewhere between my lateral thinking capabilities and ability to visualize ecosystems in my mind, enabling me to crystallize a vision and guide others toward it. Oh, and if I were an animal? A dog, but with a hint of wolf now and then.

Behind the scenes

I’m an Earth sign, so naturally, I strive for clarity, structure, and discipline in all my endeavors. As a kid, I put my parents through the "5 whys" exercise when it came to most topics. Having said that, I tend to be generally lighthearted and upbeat, which I’ve been told keeps my team’s morale pointing in the right direction. Life is all about balance, right?

I'm currently in the middle of "Charlie Munger: The Pursuit of Worldly Wisdom" (RIP) and "No-Nonsense Buddhism for Beginners" by Noah Rasheta and Will Damron. But if you ask about my all-time faves, it's got to be Ryan Holiday's amazing trio: "Obstacle is the Way," "Ego is the Enemy," and "Stillness is the Key."

I'm a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm always eager to help other underrepresented individuals in our community with their careers. 🏳️‍🌈
